WHAT
Join us outdoors on our back platform as a skilled instructor leads you through a one-hour yoga session that is welcoming for all skill levels. With views overlooking the beautiful New Haven Harbor, it is a wonderful way to kick off or end your day!

* Please bring your own yoga mat and/or towel. Canal Dock has a limited supply of borrowable mats when needed..
