Participating in a water activity?
An additional waiver, our Swim Test Certification, is provided for participants wanting to train competitively without wearing a personal flotation device (PFD). This form must be submitted in person via a hard copy (included in the packet link below).
Participants who do not submit the Swim Test Certification are required to wear a Type III USCG approved PFD at all times during water activities until the form is completed and submitted.
