Stand-Up Paddleboarding is an awesome water sport born from surfing in Hawaii. It is a fun way to play on the water with the added benefit of being a full-body workout and easy to learn!

Just three main steps are required to master the basics of SUP!

  2. Balance
  3. Falling and getting back on
