Join us on September 28th, 2023, for The 3rd Annual Crew Haven Kickback, hosted by Canal Dock Boathouse, Inc and The Crew Haven Corporation! This event is open to all students in the 6th - 12th grades that attend New Haven public, magnet, and charter schools and their families.
Learn more about rowing and Celebrate the Crew Haven program with special guest Arshay Cooper, author of, "A Most Beautiful Thing," the moving true story of a group of young men growing up on Chicago’s West side who form the first all African American school rowing team in the nation, and in doing so not only transform a sport, but their lives.
Come down to the Canal Dock Boathouse for free pizza and refreshments, learn more about the Crew Haven Rowing Program and meet Arshay!
